
I’M SO PROUD OF THIS MAOR ACCOMPLISHMENT! I graduated in 2003 (early at that) cum laude w/ a GPA of 3.10. I also remained on the Dean’s List for my Junior/senior year. This is my first degree and won’t be the last.
This certificate means the most to me because it opened up so many doors. Back in 2021 when I received it I felt so accomplished. I decided to become a professional personal trainer/coach because I love helping people. I was born to be in the service/fitness industry. Obtaining this certificate was the seal of approval I needed!

This recent certification means I'm qualified to train and assess woman who are both trying to conceive, already pregnant, and ready to get back to fitness as long as they are medically cleared to do so. Being a mom myself this one is very special to me because I can relate to my pregnant clientele in a way most can't. I take pride in that.

GLP-1 medications (e.g., Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro) have proven effective for diabetes and weight loss and many coaches are working with clients who are using them. As more individuals continue to use these medications, I want to meet them where they are.
I completed a two-part training program that has been reviewed by Equinox's Health Advisory Board and supports the

coaches by providing an overview of the medications, current research, and programmatic considerations when working with clients using GLP-1 medications. It also prepares coaches to support the nutritional and lifestyle changes that a client who is on a GLP-1 medication will need.
